Momo Rhubarb Kombucha

Unfiltered, organic kombucha. Naturally effervescent fermented tea, with a slightly tart, slightly sweet rhubarb infusion. Brewed and bottled in small batches in London. Created in collaboration with our friends at Natoora, the unique 'forced' rhubarb used in this seasonal special is grown in the famous 'Rhubarb Triangle' of West Yorkshire. Here, it's cultivated by candlelight in dark sheds, an artisanal method that produces the vibrant, sweet and tender stalks known to the region.
