Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our craft bakery, delivery services, and fresh ingredients.
How do you ensure the freshness of my order?
All our bread and pastries are baked fresh every morning. For local deliveries, we package your items in breathable, eco-friendly bags to maintain crust integrity and ensure they arrive as if they just left our ovens.
What are your delivery options and lead times?
We offer same-day local delivery via our courier partners and next-day nationwide shipping for select pantry items. To ensure freshness, daily bread orders must be placed by 4:00 PM for next-day arrival.
Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?
Yes, we have a curated selection of flourless cakes, gluten-free loaves, and plant-based pastries. Please note that while we take every precaution, our bakery handles wheat and dairy, so trace amounts may be present.
How should I store my GAIL'S sourdough?
Our sourdough is best kept in a paper bag at room temperature. For longer storage, we recommend slicing the loaf and freezing it in an airtight container for up to one month; simply toast from frozen to enjoy.
What is your policy on returns and refunds?
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer care team within 24 hours with a photo and your order number for a resolution.
Can I place a large order for an event or office catering?
Absolutely. We offer dedicated catering platters and large-batch sourdough orders. We require at least 48 hours' notice for bulk orders to ensure our bakers have sufficient time to hand-craft your items.
